Fraste Multidrill XL MAX
The Fraste Multidrill XL MAX utilises a CAT C4.4 diesel engine (173.5Hp) with a weight of 14.5 tonnes and a width of 2350mm, making for a powerful and well-balanced power to weight ratio. This rig is built with the Fraste ‘manipulator’, automatically loading 4-5m long drill pipes, as well as direct/reverse fluid circulation and DTH (down the hole) hammer drilling systems.
The Fraste Multidrill XL MAX’s CAT C4.4 engine (173.5Hp) was manufactured to strictly follow Environmental Protective Agency guidelines, having a Tier 4 Final engine, with EU machinery and safety regulations with a Stage V engine, producing low particulate matter (Pm) and nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions. The CAT 7.1 engine (173Hp) has a Stage IIIA and Tier 3 rating, making it less suitable for urban areas due to higher levels of emissions.
The modularity of the Fraste Multidrill XL MAX ranges from winch options, pump options and the option to equip your rig with the Fraste ‘manipulator’, to optimise your rig for your specific drilling requirements.
The applications of the Fraste Multidrill XL MAX include geothermal drilling and water well drilling.
