FS 300 T
The Fraste FS 300 T utilises either a CAT/IVECO stage IIIA (238-709Hp), CAT stage IV (279Hp) or a CAT stage V (380-765Hp) diesel engine, mounted to the back of a truck with added PTO from the trucks engine. The rig has a width of 2540mm and a height of 9900mm, with the capacity for the Fraste all-hydraulic drill pipe loading system and suitable for several drilling methods, such as direct or reverse fluid circulation, air drilling with DTH (down the hole) hammer and auger for dry drilling.
The Fraste FS 300 T’s CAT stage V engine (380-765Hp) and the CAT stage IV engine (279Hp) were manufactured to strictly follow Environmental Protective Agency guidelines, having a Tier 4 Final engine, with EU machinery and safety regulations with a Stage V and Stage IV engine, producing low particulate matter (Pm) and nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions. The CAT/IVECO stage IIIA engine (238-709Hp) has a Stage IIIA and Tier 3 rating making it less suitable for urban areas due to higher levels of emissions.
The modular capabilities of the FS 300 T include the option for an on-board generator-welding unit, pump options and winch options, ensuring all your specific drilling requirements are met.
The applications of the Fraste FS 300 T are water wells, surface soil and mineral exploration, geothermal drilling, seismic and coring.
