This compact infrared turbidity measuring instrument, TB 211 IR, is ideal for fast and accurate on-site analysis. The meter is easy and quick to use and is an accurate instrument for determining turbidity. Measurements are carried-out as prescribed in EN ISO 7027, using light scattered at an angle of 90°. The wide measuring range of 0.01 to 1100 TE / F = NTU = FNU, with a detection limit of 0.01 NTU, allows use of the device in different environments, from drinking water to wastewater.

Because measurements are made by means of infrared light, both coloured and colourless water samples can be measured. A direct transfer of measurement results to a PC is possible via the USB interface. The USB cable is included in the delivery.
