MITO 20
The Fraste MITO 20 utilises either a CAT C4.4 (173.5Hp) or a CAT C7.1 (173Hp) diesel engine, with a weight of 18.5 tonnes. The rig has a maximum width of 2300mm, a maximum length of 7950mm and a maximum height of 10950mm, with the jet grouting configuration height of 26150mm. An added feature for the manoeuvrability of the rig is the oscillating crawler carrier and with the new pipes drum, the loading operations are fully automatic.
The Fraste MITO 20’s CAT C4.4 engine (173.5Hp) was manufactured to strictly follow Environmental Protective Agency guidelines, having a Tier 4 Final engine, with EU machinery and safety regulations with a Stage V engine, producing low particulate matter (Pm) and nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions. The CAT C7.1 engine (173Hp) has a Stage IIIA and Tier 3 rating, making it less suitable for urban areas due to higher levels of emissions.
The modularity of the Fraste MITO 20 include optional hydraulics and pumps, as well as rods and casing carousel, a high-speed rotary head for coring, jet grouting kit, casing extractors and double head kit to ensure your specific drilling requirements are met.
The applications of the Fraste MITO 20 include micro piles, tie backs, anchors and reinforced columns by jet grouting technique.
