PDC Core Bits

PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) PDC Core Bits feature synthetic diamond cutters on the crown, offering excellent durability, fast penetration, and high core recovery in soft to hard rock formations.

Each cutter consists of a diamond layer fused under high pressure and temperature to a tungsten carbide base, allowing it to withstand high compressive and shear forces during drilling.

These bits perform best on high-powered rigs at low rotation speeds and often outlast surface-set bits in both life and performance. Available with flat or domed cutters to suit different applications.
