Profile Sampler

With the profile sampler, a large and virtually undisturbed sample can be taken to a depth of approximately 40 x 10 x 5 cm (l x w x d). Because the sample is virtually undisturbed, you can sample layers separately and roots, up to a diameter of 2 cm, are included in the sample.

It allows for simple determination of the volume/weight of various differing layers. You can quickly and accurately observe the quantity and distribution of root growth.
