Fraste Multidrill ML T
The Fraste Multidrill ML T utilises a CAT C3.6 (120Hp) or KUBOTA V3800 (100Hp) diesel engine mounted to the back of a truck at a width of 2540mm, and maximum height of 8500mm. This rig has all the features of the crawler Multidrill ML, but on the back of a compact 4×4, 14 tonne truck. This is added to by the rigs compatibility with all drilling systems, rotary drilling with direct/reverse fluid or air circulation, DTH (down the hole) hammer, roto-percussion system, conventional and wire-line coring.
The Fraste Multidrill ML T was manufactured to strictly follow Environmental Protective Agency guidelines, having a Tier 4 Final engine, with EU machinery and safety regulations with a Stage V engine, producing low particulate matter (Pm) and nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions. The Kubota engine, however, has a Stage IIIA and Tier 3 rating, making it less suitable for urban areas due to higher levels of emissions.
For the modular components of the Fraste Multidrill ML T, there is a range of choices from the winch to hydraulics SPT (standard penetration test) devices. A wider range of optional equipment is available upon request to ensure your specific drilling requirements are met.
The uses of the Fraste Multidrill ML T include geotechnical investigations, core sampling, soil investigation, environmental monitoring and geothermal drilling.
