FS 250
The Fraste FS 250 utilises either a CAT/IVECO stage IIIA (238-700Hp), CAT stage IV (275Hp) or a CAT stage V (375-755Hp) diesel engine, with the ability to utilise any available drilling systems. The rig has a medium frame, with a width of 2490mm and a height of 11300mm. This rig is equipped with the ability to rotate the rig 360° on its all-terrain rubber tracks, paired with the Fraste all-hydraulic drill pipe loading system making for easier site access and ease of use.
The Fraste FS 250’s CAT stage V engine (375-755Hp) and the CAT stage IV engine (275Hp) were manufactured to strictly follow Environmental Protective Agency guidelines, having a Tier 4 Final engine, with EU machinery and safety regulations with a Stage V and Stage IV engine, producing low particulate matter (Pm) and nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions. The CAT stage IIIA engine (238-700Hp) has a Stage IIIA and Tier 3 rating making it less suitable for urban areas due to higher levels of emissions.
The modular capabilities of the FS 250 include the option for 360° rotation on it tracks, pump options and winch options, ensuring all your specific drilling requirements are met.
The applications of the Fraste FS 250 include geothermal drilling and water well drilling.
