FS 600
The Fraste FS 600 utilises a CAT Sage V diesel engine (375-755Hp) or a CAT/IVECO Stage IIIA engine (355-710Hp), with a width of 10000mm, a height of 20800mm and a length of 27350mm. The rig is equipped with the Fraste all-hydraulic drill pipe loading system for 9-meter drill pipes (suitable for heavy drill pipes and with different diameters) and separate systems for drilling muds, with treatment and cleaning available.
The Fraste FS 600’s CAT Stage V engine (375-755Hp) was manufactured to strictly follow Environmental Protective Agency guidelines, having a Tier 4 Final engine, with EU machinery and safety regulations with a Stage V engine, producing low particulate matter (Pm) and nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions. The CAT/IVECO Stage IIIA engine (355-710Hp) has a Stage IIIA and Tier 3 rating, making it less suitable for urban areas due to higher levels of emissions.
The modular capabilities of the FS 600 include the option for an on-board generator-welding unit, pump options and winch options, ensuring all your specific drilling requirements are met.
The applications of the Fraste FS 600 include deep water wells drilling also at ground level by using stabilizers and geothermal drilling.
