MITO 35
The Fraste MITO 35 utilises either a CAT C7.1 Stage V (275Hp) or a CAT C7.1 Stage IIIA (275Hp) diesel engine, with a weight of 36 tonnes to 39 tonnes. The rig has a maximum width of 2500mm, a maximum length of 13750mm and a maximum height of 17250mm, with the jet grouting configuration height of 31500mm. This weight and power is paired with the ability to be fitted with drill pipe and casing carousel, allowing for the loading of both simultaneously and fully automated.
The Fraste MITO 35’s CAT C7.1 Stage V engine (275Hp) was manufactured to strictly follow Environmental Protective Agency guidelines, having a Tier 4 Final engine, with EU machinery and safety regulations with a Stage V engine, producing low particulate matter (Pm) and nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions. The CAT C7.1 Stage IIIA engine (275Hp) has a Stage IIIA and Tier 3 rating, making it less suitable for urban areas due to higher levels of emissions.
The modularity of the Fraste MITO 35 include optional hydraulics and pumps, as well as rods and casing carousel, jet grouting kit and casing extractors to ensure your specific drilling requirements are met.
The applications of the Fraste MITO 35 include micro piles, tie backs, anchors and reinforced columns by jet grouting technique.
